Sunflower Sentinel
During my time at Graduate School, AUB,
I got to visit my roommate who lived on the Street of Chains in Jerusalem.

He and I were writing a paper on Hezekiah's Tunnel. As we researched the paper in Jerusalem, King Abdullah of Jordan was assassinated at the Dome of the Rock.

This story is about the chaos that followed that tragedy and how we survived.

Story 2

King's Cross
While I was assigned to the National Security Council in Washington, I was invited to accompany the new Army G-2 on his visit to the orient. In Morocco, I got to meet King Hassan II and become his friend.

This is the story about the complexities surrounding a multimillion dollar gold cross which he gave me as a friend and because he wanted American F-86s for his air force.
